I was pleased with everything except that they marked off the on me the same minute windshield ding that was noted in the previous damages list when I picked up the car, presumably because I had added insurance, so they can file another claim. Possibly just an error, but judging from the previous reviews it seems suspicious.

I was very pleased with the unexpected SIGNIFICANT upgrade -- I originally had booked a convertible, expecting just a Mustang convertible, so you can only imagine how happy I was when I arrived at the counter and was upgraded to a relatively brand new BMW Z4 at the same rate! Even better, with the original reservation, I would have had to return the car the next day by 7:30PM to the Orlando Airport and be charged two days' rate (my pick up was at 5PM Saturday, needing to return by 7:30PM Sunday and otherwise see a MASSIVE rate hike from ~$150 to ~$600). However, because of the change in vehicles, I could return it on Monday by 5PM for the original rate of ~$150 at the hotel I was staying in, saving me a LOT of hassle. I imagine Sixt may have lost some money with my reservation, but a great experience from start to finish.for me!

Gave us a very old car which broke down the next day as the battery was totally dead.

Customer service was excellent, pickup and drop off were both very fast. Van was clean, and worked well. I can't think of anything reasonable that could be improved.

Unfortunately Enterprise would not rent me the car because, according to their policies, at an Airport location you must have a Credit Card (not a debit card) in order to rent a car (as a local resident).

The staff was great. In and out the return no problem great place will go back.

You should drop this company. They add in crazy fees and take ridiculous deposits and don’t release them. It makes you look bad

Good: We got a car for the quoted price. All the paperwork was e-mailed promptly. To note for improvements: I needed a subcompact but was given a full-size sedan. The garage entry and the car lot are poorly signed. Only 2 receptionists made it a long line. Garage cleanliness leaves up to be desired.

This is the worst car “rental” company. You probably will pay but never even get a car and you’ll call and no one will pick up the phone.

I’ll definitely be renting from This location again!!!

They will place a $500 hold on your card for this rental. It returns immediately back to bank once returned
