I had to wait over an hour for the only person working the rental desk at the hotel to show up. I kept calling and he said 10 more minutes and I will be there.

They took forever!!!! I have never booked with them because of the line I see everytime I get into LA but I just happened to land at 1am and thought it wouldn't be busy but we had to wait 2 hours for a car... ridiculous.

Charged me 700% over the petite quoted.

I felt ripe off with the prices, I will choose a different company next time.

Not at the airport as mentioned also was closed after waiting 2 hours for a shuttle pick up. We were stranded in the middle of no where. Will never use kayak priceline to book. I should have been informed, no help was provided

I rented a Chrysler mini van for our trip in Los Angeles, CA. Airport Van Rental was a very good deal compared to the other rental companies. The only issue we really had was trying to find their office when we went to pick the vehicle up because it’s located in the far back part of the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. I would definitely rent a vehicle from them again.

The drop off and pickup was the area that we felt could be improved. The pickup information was only sent over text message and you needed to call to get an Uber from the airport Even though when renting out the van I specifically said I wanted airport pickup for the rental vehicle. The drop off process was different than any other vehicle rental place I've ever used. Their drop off closes at 4:00 p.m. which is really early and if you are dropping off after that time, you are charged a $40 late fee if you are leaving it at the airport. The instructions for leaving it at the airport were not very clear and we felt unsure that we were leaving it in the correct place even though we were following their directions exactly. Even if we did want to drop it off at the rental facility, there were no instructions on how to do so and if an Uber or Lyft to the airport were to be provided.

Although we reached out during their normal business hours, we were never able to pick up the car, because we weren’t able to contact them to get the shuttle to the location. We finally got in contact with someone who told us she would call us back with an update on when to expect the shuttle, but she never called us back.

The car made an insane vibrating bass sound that people could hear from outside, it sounded like there was some black market subwoofer in there. I rented this car to attend my grandfathers FUNERAL. I’m in the procession sounding like I’m blasting bass filled music! I tried to call them to be like what on earth and they never answered. When I returned the vehicle and reported the noise to them they were like “oh yeah we know about that, this type of car is probably going to get recalled because they all make that noise.” Seems like something one would mention BEFORE. Also took like 45 minutes to get the car because they had one person at the desk and the people in front of us didn’t have a shred of the details they needed so there was just a line forming behind them. Also the car was overdue for an oil change by THREE THOUSAND miles and the car kept sending an alert about how the oil life was at 0%. When I told them this when dropping off the car they were just like “oh yeah we know”

Overall, it was fine. Only had 1/2 tank of gas. In my case it was fine as I wa staying local. Had i bn traveling i would have bn frustrated having to stop so soon after picking the car up.

It's extremely inconvenient that they'll only rent if you have a credit card, and this isn't plastered all over the check out page. It's a stupid company that won't take cash on the table, because it's not a credit card. Charge more for non-credit transactions, fine, but to make me waste money on two Ubers just to be told 'sorry, it's in our TOS that you can't rent without a credit card', with no obvious mention of this during checkout is absurd.

They tried to rip me off so I ended up not renting a vehicle from them. I used enterprise instead.

The attendants were so kind and helped me get another car bc the one they had for me was bright blue and would look unprofessional for me to drive to my meeting.

The car had a lot of damage, and when we dropped it off we were blamed for damage that was already on the car. Luckily I had taken pictures before I drove off the lot as well as I took screen shots of the damage from the app. I had to send in the pictures of the damage and the screenshot of the already reported damage so we weren’t charged for it.

I would highly recommend this place!! Everything went very smoothly picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Very friendly staff!! I will come back here to rent a vehicle again!! The way it should be!!
