I sit and think whether to laugh or cry when I remember this stay. I chose this hotel because it looked ok in the pictures and decent price, but the reality was a total nightmare. From the first second when I opened the room door we were greeted by a strange smell, like mold mixed with 10-year-old cigarettes. I thought it would go away after we aired it out… it didn’t go away in 5 days. Of the 10 sockets in the room, ONLY ONE worked – the one where the fridge was plugged in. That means if you wanted to charge your phone, you had to unplug the fridge. Super practical. Laptop? Funny, it wasn’t even a problem. We lived like in the Middle Ages, with a single extension cord brought from home and fear of the fuse blowing. On the penultimate day, tired of living on a single watt, I complained to the reception about the problem with the sockets. The answer? "We'll send someone to check." No one came. NO ONE. What's more, after we complained, the cleaning staff decided that... that's it, they won't come at all. In the last 2 days, the room has remained exactly as we left it: unmade bed, full of trash, dirty towels. Total luxury. Upon departure, I asked for the tax invoice for what I had paid (the payment was made through the platform). I was told that "I can only issue an invoice for how long I stayed, not how much I paid. I arrived a day late because of the canceled flight. Obviously, they are hiding so as not to declare everything. Conclusion: a hotel managed with their feet, with indifferent staff and a total lack of respect for the customer. I do not recommend it to anyone, not even to my enemies. Better sleep in your car or in a dubious hostel - it will be cleaner and more fair. Avoid as much as possible! Money wasted, nerves destroyed, ruined vacation.
