spacious room, elegant deco, location is great
Avoid this place if you travel with families. We booked two Premium Street View rooms and confirmed connecting rooms six weeks before arrival, including an extra daily charge. Perfect location. Grand and well preserved property
Staffs can be trained better. They took away glasses and didn’t replace them. And some miscommunications at the reception
Nothing means nothing
One of the worst experiencs i’v ever had, very old rooms, smelly, and cannot see anything good there more than the valet parking team. The reception people never ever smiled, the gym is very small and even the pair of dumbbells is not there. Worst thing ever the dirty carpets and the washrooms.
The staff can be more inviting not just when they have time between talks. But overall was good.
The staff especially at the front were not opening the doors for everyone. They only do it when THEY are bored I guess? Coz I do see them free but not helping. And this is a minus to the brand. Too bad.
This property is just fabulous.
Beautiful clean great breakfast good location great staff
Great view and Great Service. Mandy thanks to David Rodriguez and his team.
Staff service, location, beauty of structure
Everything, interior, bar, breakfast space in the large atrium
Maybe the small size elevator but it’s a minor issue
I've stayed at this luxury hotel several times before and I can say it's an incredible place to explore and comfortably stay in Madrid. The breakfast is spectacular, the place and the food is amazing !!!! And I also have to mention that the best service at reception is from Mr. Juan, always attentive and ready to solve any problem. I'll be staying there again soon...
