LikedThe Mandrake staff were friendly and made a special effort. We loved the decor - it's really unique. The location is exceptional - you really can't be more central, and yet the surroundings are quiet and calm. We loved our stay.

LikedWe adored this hotel - the first hotel where we've slept well due to the lack of noise and the bed being so comfortable. It was fantastic and would return. Loved that it was so exclusive and private.

DislikedThe only things were the fridge in the room buzzed a lot continuously and there were two hairs on our bathroom toilet floor.

LikedAn amazing experience for my husbands 40th Birthday they left a bottle of espresso Martini and a card. We ate in the Jurema Terrace which was beautiful, Adrian offered fantastic service even included a complimentary cake with a candle at the end. We decided to return to the hotel suite at 11pm the room was really cold and it appeared that the heating had locked. Jay was amazing he accepted it would be inconvenient to pack our things up but said it would be worth it as he would upgrade us. The new room was incredible. Breakfast was tasty and again great service too.. I can honestly say the entire experience from start to finish was perfect.
