Pros (+) From the moment we arrived to the Hat we felt welcomed. Gorka and the staff make you feel right at home. We had some personal inconveniences and he helped us fix them and get with our trip. The facilities and activities were great. The city tour and guide were great and very informative. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you.

Pros (+) - very nice and fun staff, - good breakfasts, - although it’s quite expensive, the location right in the city center makes it understandable, - the rooftop terrace is lovely, - the mattresses are extremely comfortable.

I stayed here for three days. The front desk staff were very nice, the room was good, and the location was excellent. The only thing that upset me was the breakfast service. I paid for three days but only used it for two. On the last morning during breakfast, I noticed there was hot water and wanted to pour some into my thermos, but an elderly lady refused. Pros (+) Good location and easy to find. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was a good choice and Madrid was super cool.

Pros (+) For a hostel, the place is very comfortable and clean. The price was high for a shared dorm room but the central location is probably the reason for that.

Pros (+) Great location, very clean and well run hostel. The beds are very comfy (with two pillows!!) and offer great privacy. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The bar on the roof terrace is a great place to relax and meet fellow travellers.
Cons (-) No breakfasts and apart from the terrace bar there isn't a huge communal area to relax and meet people. The bar crawls and events are good although a little expensive compared to other hostels. But still affordable andbgoodnfun
