I had a lovely stay here! The hostel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There are some activities available if you’d like to join, but it’s also a good place to relax and enjoy the city at your own pace.
I loved everything about it! The location, the staff, the people who stayed there, the activities and that is safe. I’m always scared of staying in hostels with other people, but this was the nicest and safest hostel I ever stayed at. Also Javi was AMAZING!!!!! Location and comfort of beds
It was my first time visiting Spain. I had the best experience for my first time staying in a hostel. Staff was super helpful and gave great recommendations as to where to eat in a budget.
Everything was great.
Very nice location, short walk to Metro and sites. Breakfast was very good at a great price. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
The private bathroom in the room was a combined shower/toilet. Once occupied for a shower, it took a while and then everything was wet.
The location is perfect. Everyday you’ll get to pass Plaza Mayour and Puerto del sol. And you got the shower and toilet inside the dormitory itself.
It is loud up to almost 12 midnight and the whole day.
Great location and clean facilities. Front desk staff were amazing. The roof top bar/restaurant is great. Female dorm ensuites were clean and good size.
The noise from the rooftop bar travels down into all the dorms, however this is generally expected from hostels and the noise level was not terrible.
The staff was great, the room was not too bad, and the location was very convenient Is great that they try to arrange the activities to the people who staying with them
The bathroom was so small, and each floor only had two for females and two for males. Without the hook, I cannot hang my clothes inside the tub room but hang across the top of the door. The water has to keep pressing the button to let it come out... Very good location in Madrid. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great social environment however.
The dorm had so much junk from previous people, the shower was filled with products of others and the floor in the dorm had shopping bags abandoned from others. It seems as though rooms aren’t cleaned out.
Reasonable selection of food and good quantities. Pretty good value
Limited kitchen facilities and our presence was excluded once for some other booking / occasion or event.
