Spooky
Really uncomfortable pillows Small room Novelty
Restaurant and ambiance
Could have done better with night tour
The creepyness of the hotel
No elevator for 4th floor
Beauty and location. Fun history
Beds were horrible, elevator didn’t work, not enough room in facility to enjoy amenities. Lots closed. No place to even sit down
The views in the ambience, we are fairly local to the Stanley and have wanted to stay
It was very hot in our room and when we called the front desk, there was no ability to use air-conditioning. They said it was locked for the season and told us to open the windows. I have severe allergies so that of course cost a whole other side of issues besides they’re being a very large amount of dust in the room.
Beautiful historical property
We liked everything about our stay
Great location and great dining.
Pretty hot in room and didn’t cool off all night first night. No air conditioning and large stuffy room until air established. Gaps in door let tremendous light in from hall. Need more washcloths and hand towels for two night stay. Large closet, but only one suitcase stand? Room for several... had to put second suitcase on the floor.
