Splendid location and the best view in the area from the room called Santa Catarina. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sundowns and sundowners! Comfortable and friendly, we love this place.
All staff were very attentive and polite. Special shout out to Bruno. He made sure we were very well taken care of. Location was womderful.
Shower took very long to provide hot water. Adjusting temp temperamental. Pillows hard. No elevator.
Breakfast was delicious! Location and view were wonderful. Learning about the public elevators was a big help as it is a steep walk uphill. Loved the neighborhood. Easy walks to various sights.
Very helpful staff, particularly Francois. Good breakfast.
Wonderful location. We had a beautiful view of Lisbon and the riverfront from our balcony. We watched the sunset every day we were there. The close proximity to all the wonderful churches was a gift for us. We went to 3 different masses during our stay. The service was over the top. Francois and Rio were always there willing to help and serve in any way! So personable!
Of course we were on the top floor but we didn’t mind the steps to get there as it was soooo beautiful!
We liked the location and the friendly staff.

We were asked to leave the key at the reception if we went out, and we were also told that we would pay city tax in cash when checking out...Read more

Very nice small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
I have literally never had better service in a hotel than we recieved here from Rio, Francois and the entire team. I have worked in hospitality for years and they blew me away. The hotel itself is also gorgeous. We stayed in the rooftop suite, and the private terrace had the best view of Lisbon I could imagine. We spent hours out there. The room was comfortable and clean, with classy details like ...
This was not a problem for us- but those with mobility issues will find a steep staircase to get up to the rooms. Be aware that both the location of the hotel and the stairs require a certain level of physical fitness. However, the excellent staff absolutely insists of moving any luggage to and from the rooms, so you just have to grt yourselves up there.Read more
