Nice location and cool vibes. The terace in the yard is nice.
I got a room next to the reception with windows to the main street. I went to bed at midnight, people from Hostel still shouting and smoking straight in front of the window. Then at 3am arrived people from party a start talking in the room like there are no other 4 people sleeping. Worst night ever in that room. Previously I was on the second floor and was better.
Everything else, especially the bar 😊
Only down side is the air con system either didn't exist it didn't work. We couldn't figure it out 😬

Social, clean and friendly staff, nice common area
The staff in particular were incredibly friendly (shoutout Bob the bartender), and the value for a bed is exceptional - a dormitory bed at Sir Toby’s Hostel for 3 day was £42.42 (GDP) when I booked. Location being about 20-30 minutes out from Old Town meant that you avoid a significant amount of tourist crowd and you get to experience the quiet life of the city. When you are booking into a hostel, you are gambling with your dorm roommates, and our stay unfortunately gave us some messy ones, though this was only in our experience and other traveller we talked to had far more positive experiences. Incredibly unclean toilets.

Loved the building, shower, beds, atmosphere was friendly and safe. Loved the bar and the staff. Would recommend.
Creaky flooring in our room and the bathroom door was noisy to open, which made me nervous to go at night time.
