Did not have the breakfast

Breakfast is good and in general the hotel is nice and the staff helpful. The location is great and it has everything you need.
Noise from bar DJ made it impossible to sleep until the music stopped at 1AM. The rooms are a bit small, there's no space to put away clothes, apart from some hangers – and the shower is tiny and the shower curtain clings to you. I also found a silver fish in the room.
Clean, nice furniture and perfectly located. The staff was very kind and the breakfast simply delicious

No available parking space to load and unload your luggages. Staff in the reception named Tori does not have customer service in her system. Looking in trance when you ask her and very not energetic in the front desk. No acknowledgement and no greetings at all. I wonder if all staffs are briefed to greet their customers esp when their position is in front. Location is ghetto.
Our 3rd stay at Malmen. Great location, close to T Bana, loads cafes/bars and restaurants. Will be staying here again. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. The breakfasts never disappoint. Excellent value for money.
The location was excellent – very central and situated right above the metro station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which made everything very convenient.
Unfortunately, the extra bed/sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on a hard surface. Considering the price, we expected better quality. The room was also far too small for three people, leaving hardly any space to move around. Clean, well decorated, good staff
Noise from park? On Friday Saturday nights until 3-4 am
Position perfect for my needs. Close to shops, restaurants and metro.
Bathroom was really small. But clean.
Breakfast has great variety.
The staff was very nice. Breakfast quite ok. Nice and cozy room decor.
I have messaged the hotel through Booking.com that I am traveling with a dog. I have payed for a room with a window (there was a option for room without window when I made the booking). When I arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't had knowledge of me informing them on traveling with a dog. I received a room without a window.
