Unable to checkin. Chaos and madness at reception. Way understaff and checkin kiosk do not work for international guests
Nothing much to like about except it is the closest hotel to Sky Avenue.
The room that I booked is Deluxe Room but is it either Twin or Double. Hence they will give it to you by random, can’t even select it. It say it is a deluxe room but I didn’t find how deluxe it is. It is just a fancy name.
everything was awful , pure scam
everything was awful , pure scam , room size and furniture , vibe it was set for scam and old people
Location and cleanliness. Checkout was easy
Check-in was complicated and a bit of running around involved, no prior instructions about the procedure involved. No wifi and no information on the room. Eg. Drinking water had to be filled in from supply in the corridor and no wifi in the room had to be found out after ringing the service.

Located directly above all the attractions.

Check-in was overcrowded, long waiting time, disorganized queue, room windows open up to dirty parapets covered with thrash.
