Checking in and checking out was really smooth it was a really nice and cooling temperature without any air con neither just fan. We had a great time as a family and I would really recommend this

Well, the hotel is just too big. There are tons of people checking-in at the same time. They also have self check-in counters but thats for some nationalities only. Mostly Malaysian people only. I'll never use Agoda to book hotel again maybe after went through this incident on Genting. The check in took us over 2 hours waiting. The check-in didn't work properly. The waiting line for manual check in was 2 hrs. The rooms were filthy, there was polish or paint smell. It caused allergy to my kids. We stayed only 1 night (didnt complete my 2 night stay). Staff non cooperative, very far from Skyworlds. Can't believe how they got 5-star award. This hotel not recommended at all.

When we arrrive we need to que almost 2 hours to check in.. super tired.. the service was not good.. the system in the front dest so slow..
