Room was OK.. But check in was horrible.. The new staff make a mistake on check in.. Luckily got more experience staff help us

Rooms were very dirty, no sanitary. Even cockroaches were there as well. Very bad experience with the room. Check-in took 2.5 hours. We thought we were waiting for something special, but .. Don’t recommend anyone.

It's the same experience again and again coz we've checked in this hotel many times. the toilet this time is a bit dirty and the bedroom floor is filled with snack crumbs and hair as if is the room was perfunctory cleaned. I hope we'll get better luck next time we come again.

Overall, my stay was good and everything was satisfactory. However, the Deluxe Room was quite small and felt too compact, even though it was booked for 2 people. The room size could be improved for better comfort. Other than that, everything else was fine. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The check-in process was far too long and incredibly confusing. The staff seemed completely indifferent and unhelpful throughout the check in. Additionally, the facilities are showing their age and are in serious need of maintenance.
