Didn’t manage to check-in and forfeited the booking. Automated check-in did not work and had still around 300 pax in the waitlist for manual check-in before me at 5pm. Expected check-in time around 2-3am!!!
Location not good. Nothing to see from room window
If you want to try prison life book in this hotel. Check in very bad. More than two hours to checkin. Priority to some people we dont know from where they come. Room very bad like prison I feel very bad and my family too. 1st time we found hotel like this. Room show in internet very comfort rooms. But in real its like prison.
Location is okay
Rooms were tiny, really old, not maintained, the windows were overlooking the next building 3 feet away so not really a window. Toilets were old and dirty.

Self Checking In Is Such a bad experience. We requested for a same level but for self check in you are not allow to have the same level and if that so you need to pay for extra fee. After paying they will ask you to take the Q-number and need to wait for other 2 hours，overall is very bad.
The location is easily accessible to the main attractions.
The horrendous check-in process and the staff's failure in crowd control from the first moment we entered the lobby were far from being a great start to our family trip. Lot of eating area n shopping.
Please provide some old day items like coffee n tea, tooth paste, set TV channel in english news CNNs

Check it takes many time
Location wise it is good but leaving from the room to reach the main area takes the same time as it may take any other resort guest.
Late check in, no bell boys, lack of staff, rude behavior, no guidelines for main attraction points.
