With so many hotel rooms but the customer service counter still so little, full of people during cny week and the queue is insane.

Though it claims to be the largest hotel in the world, it is worst in process of check-ins and takes the world of time to accept guests, more so if you have non-Chip based passport! It took us two tokens and 3 hours and lot of arguments to just check in. Staff is not corrupt and helpful. Only 4 counters to check in 100s of guests. Paid a high price for a very basic room. No iron and no complimentary mineral water in the room — only water dispensers at the lift lobby. Bathroom design is poor, with a very small shower space. Worst experience was check-in. Took a queue number at 3:50 PM and only got called at 9:00 PM. Self check-in kiosks are confusing and staff assistance was minimal. Its expensive. There’s no TV, Air Con inside the room. Lack of amenities. Check in experience also not smooth. The towel is thin. Not recommended
