The building is absolutely gorgeous. Very historical feel and the decor is lovely. My room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Being in walking distance from Japan town was really nice too. Gave me a lot to do. Breakfast was good. Like what I expect for a complementary breakfast food wise but I found the food above average.
I do wish I could have opened a window or something in my room for some fresh air.
The breakfast was very complete; however, arriving early is recommended to enjoy a wider variety of options. The staff was very kind and attentive.
There were a few areas in the bedroom with weak Wi-Fi coverage. Additionally, the pillows were not very comfortable. It would also be helpful to have more hanging space in the bathroom for towels.
The Victorian property was beautifully furnished. Very Victorian. The staff was very helpful. They took good care of us.
The property was not very clean. And our room was in need of some serious attention. The carpet was old and dirty. There was an unstable lump along 6 inches of the entry to the bathroom. The curtains were pinned together.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Beautiful hotel.

The breakfast could have offered more fruit. Or a knife and cutting board to cut the fruit.
Our room was very musty - so much so that we had to open the window and air out the room to even tolerate it.
Disappointed that hard boiled eggs is what was served
Change the bed mattress had ban night sleep and bad back in the morning
Location and parking
Breakfast and coffee isn't what I was hoping for.
Very convenient location parking was not expensive
