The room is very cozy and the hotel is really well situated. We almost did everything by walk from there. It's a quiet area but still many nice coffee shops and restaurants around it.
The beds were SO comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind.
Not keen on a wet room. The shower curtain didn't stop water going everywhere!
Excellent location and the staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful treated us like family. Kim was especially helpful and friendly.
Good location in a quiet location. Within 10-30 minutes walk of all major attractions. Staff are superb, very friendly and so helpful.
Rooms are a little tired particularly the bathrooms which could do with a refurb.

The staff is super friendly, the room are nice, you can reach a lot by foot ex. food marke at 5 min, every day you have the cozy hour and 1 free drink !
Our roome was lovely but in the roof, so because of the wall inclinaison you cannot really sit properly to read in bed....But no big deal !

We stayed here for sightseeing, it was within walking distance to all of the churches and castles. The crew was very friendly and the room was very clean. We ate breakfast at the hotel, which was a large and delicious buffet. When you book a small room, it is going to be small especially the bathroom. A beautifully clean and stylish hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the metro and city center! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was immaculate.
