good for one but for couple it's very compact room with small bathroom. Avoid as couple but best for single. Location is exceptional

Pros (+) This property is perfect for anyone on a trip to Paris. Ideal location metro just across the road. We used Ubers all of the trip and it was so close to everywhere we wanted to go.
Cons (-) Rooms are very small but in saying that we didn’t spend long in the room other than sleeping and getting ready so it was ideal for what we needed

Pros (+) Location and being in the vicinity of Eiffel Tower were perfect. Staff is helpful and always positive. Room service and cleaning were very good.
Cons (-) No water bottle, coffee and tea in the room because no kettle was inside. Breakfast is all right and adequate. My room was so small. Eiffel Tower is close but city center is 20-25 minutes away with taxi or Uber, costing 15-30 euros. If you call the taxi from the hotel, drivers add 7 € more as they call “privacy payment” ?!!. Strange…
