Good breakfast and location.
The size of the bathroom, and no minimum room service facility with the cost of the room.

The room is too small.
Location was great and central. We used the lobby area quite a bit for working meetings. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly and competent.
The only negative was the size of the single rooms. They were really tiny, although probably what one should expect based on the location and more reasonable price paid.
I did not like the room size, bed size and toilet size. The room and the toilet were very small that was very difficult to move.

The hotel is in a good location, but without any good view.
The room feels like a prison cell. Small window, outlet just on one side of the bed. It was also the smallest shower room I've ever been in. German trains have bigger toilets than this hotel. There is no toilet brush, so you have to ask for room cleaning in case of an emergency. And the room cleaning was bad, they didn't clean the sink (it was dirty). Really close to metro, lovely reception area. Staff helpful when checking in. Very pleasant seating area and bar. Baggage storage area really useful and easy to use
Bathroom very small. In essence not a problem, but hairdryer got knocked (as it’s on the wall and with the size of the bathroom impossible to avoid) This then caused the handle to break making the hairdryer impossible to turn off. Not ideal at 11pm. Took staff nearly half an hour to come and sort it. It was already held together with sellotape so clearly not the first time it had happened.
