Everything was absolutely perfect- It was my 30th birthday and my partner had prearranged balloons, flowers and a card to be in the room for when we arrive as a surprise. We stayed here on previous occasions over the years but the bed felt less comfortable this time.
Gorgeous hotel. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, couldn't do enough to help. Breakfasts were lovely with a nice variety. Bedrooms were lovely and clean, and very comfy beds! Really quiet area, but central with everything within walking distance. Plenty of choices of restaurants within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was GREAT. We got room no 15, which had a castle view, great size room as well. The staff was super friendly. There was a very good vibe about the whole hotel
The breakfast was good, but surprisingly default, so if you expect something out of the ordinary, this is not it

They gave me a room without windows outside, small windows looked courtyard with glass roof, also when rain started water was very loud inside courtyard and they suggested earbuds or relocation to other hotel. Bathroom was some three star kinda. I ordered two twin beds and they gave me one sofa bed instead. Nothing made me feel im in a five star hotel. I would give at most 4 stars to this hotel. Beautiful room, well equipped and very clean.
Minor point but the curtains did not fit the window very well so a lot of light at sunrise.
