LikedLuxury meets comfort. Amazing customer service. Polite staff with big smiles on their faces. Always ready to help. They gave me a room that I found a bit cramped. They then offered me a beautiful room, airy and spacious. Overlooking Avenue Montaigne, with side view of Eiffel Tower. They definitely exceeded my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely come back here this time withy family. It is an experience worth having and paying for. What I loved: Design, vibe, comfortable bed, beautiful view of Eiffel Tower, breakfast, service, house keeper numerous times a day, 24 hr concierge, smell, luxury, being close to Eiffel Tower. Being on Avenue Montaigne. Loved it. Thank you.

All staff at the hotel are the very best hospitality. The place is very clean and close to the shopping center.

Stay 5 day this hotel. No AC working 5 days. can't sleep. Complaint everyday. they didn't solve the AC issue

Location was great, as it is central to restaurants, and shopping. Quite expensive, historical room kept clean. Concierge (Jamie) was amazing - he booked a Michelin star restaurant for us, and printed documents as soon as requested. Mini bar not complimentary, despite the money paid to stay there. Good experience but I would not come back again because of the pricing.
