LikedExcellent service. We arrived very early at about 10am with our rental car. Staff was at the doorstep and helped parked the car. Room was not ready but hotel offered complimentary breakfast while waiting for the room to be cleaned. Walking distance to major attractions. Rooftop sunset view is fabulous.

I stayed for 4 nights and felt excellently taken care of by the team at reception who excellently planned my itinerary daily, and the restaurant guy who well managed all the guests including some personal touches. The hotel is well located in Sultan Ahmed old town to get to many main attractions and even to walk to the many subway, tram and ferry stops to get to other places.

A fantastic hotel to stay at in Istanbul. Location is perfect and close to everything. I would stay at this hotel again when visiting Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 10 days and appreciated the excellent service from all staff, enjoyed the buffet breakfast especially the made-to-order gozleme every morning and were pleasantly surprised by how good the windows and curtains blocked out the street noise. Having access to the rooftop terrace for sunset views (or anytime really), the restaurant/bar for a cosy drink and being able to open our door to the balcony for fresh air were added bonuses. Would recommend for a short to medium stay without hesitation!
