Fabulous staff, very welcoming and helpful with information and fantastic restaurant recommendations.
The location was fantastic, easy walk to main attractions All staff were super friendly and helpful The rooms were spacious, shower was excellent, beds comfy ,and no noise from road . Would definitely stay there again 10/10

Location, roof top bar and the staff were really great.
The rooms or facilities were not quite European levels but The prices definitely are !! (In all fairness, this is the case with everything in Istanbul) the staff offer to book everything for you but you will pay more as they get their cut and usually not receipted.
The location is excellent, particularly if you want to explore the charm of the old city with its historic sites and vibrant atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. Services were delivered at a good standard, and the overall experience was enhanced by the quality of the food, which was both tasty and well presented.
Facilities are little bit outdated.

A bit dated
The location, staff, and breakfast buffet were good. It was walking distance from most attractions, althought with alot of hills and slopes to climb.
The rooms themselves are outdated. Some are too small, and the furniture, decor, and painting needs refreshing. The rooftop needs cleaning and more attention. Some rooms are only accessible by a circular stairscase, which is tedious and not convenient. Consider having the lift reach all floors.
Wonderful, small and personal hotel in an excellent location. Super friendly and helpful staff, and very comfortable and clean rooms and facilities. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel and we hope to return.
Nothing, everything was great
Location was perfect. So close to the sites and a great place to start the days adventure. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful. Accomadated our late checkin and found and reserved parking for us in front of the hotel Sitting on the rooftop at beer o'clock watching the sun set over the water was a highlight!
