Great service, small boutique hotel, complimentary lobby refreshments, good breakfast, complimentary port in room. Easy parking outside hotel.
Very welcoming staff. Great location. A carafe of nice port available in your room or a selection of port and snacks in the lobby at any time you want. We unfortunately stayed only for one night and wish it were longer. Next time we are in Lisbon, will stay at this great hotel.
The view from the room was into back alley with bins, but I guess not all rooms can have good views.
Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable. Nice big bathroom. Nice pool and exercise room. Snacks available during afternoon with wine. Luggage storage was very nice when checking out early.
TV location was not good to watch from bed. Elevator was old and slow.
Breakfast was great - lovely selection of fresh fruit and yoghurt, breads, cheese, hams and fish. Self service espresso machine with hot milk nearby went down very well with us. There was a hot offer but we didn’t try it. The room was large and had a lovely bathroom with a bath and shower over. The TV even had some channels in English!! The all day pastries and drink station was much appreciated. ...
The bed, which was lovely and large, was a bit too firm for me, but my partner liked it. Also, the cutlery was rather thin, which wasn’t a problem, just quite amusing! Everything else was excellent.Read more

Location, breakfast, decoration, cleanliness all excellent. As was the complimentary hot drinks, cakes and port.
Would very much have liked the pool to be heated.
Excellent stay at Heritage - we requested room 30 as friends recommended and were delighted that you could accommodate. Bright breezy and lovely views over the Avenida.
Kettle in the room would be good & beds very firm. Breakfast & afternoon tea and cakes/snacks was excellent & appreciated
Great central location.. Very friendly staff.. Many small extras “ drinks, snacks “.. Spacious rooms
We really appreciated the coffee and tea service in the afternoon especially after our overnight flight
