Pros (+) Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful during the entire visit. We felt accepted and looked after for the entire time we were there. The Hotel is also very close to all shopping and sights.

Pros (+) Everything about the hotel was exceptional - from the staff, to the accommodation, to the location, and to their flexibility. I had an accident on the day that I was scheduled to check out, resulting in a day spent in an Emergency Department. The hotel accommodated my very late check out as a result of being in hospital until late in the day.

Pros (+) Stunning room with a nice view of Lisbon. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet! Slept like a baby all our stay! The staff were very nice and very accommodating! Will be back for sure.
