Lovely spacious room with great views across the city. Great location and only a few minutes walk to Rossio Station, buses and trams. So nice having the teas, coffees, cakes and port in the lounge area and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. We also enjoyed using the pool which was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again!
Would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room but we were told at the end we could have had a kettle - next time we’ll ask for that! Other than that no complaints!
The hotel considered the guests’ needs and fulfilled them. Complimentary toiletries, port and water bottles in the room. Delicious breakfast and afternoon port, hot drinks, water and pastries included. Late checkout and lovely staff.
It looked new, clean, beautiful colours, fantastic facilities, loved the 24hr drinks and snacks in the bar area, breakfast was perfect and loved the location.
There was no statue dedicated to me, but as that is fantasy land, there is nothing bad I can say about the property.
Very well situated. Loved the small detail for your comfort. Good breakfast . Will stay there again for sure!
Not very good pillows
Interior of hotel was comfortable and tasteful. The room was clean, tidy and cosy (even included some complimentary port!). Great location, walking distance to multiple sights.
Elevator was slightly dated.
The staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was superb but the best thing of all was the late breakfast time and late checkout. It made for a relaxing stay.
The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable and the feather pillows had seen better days.I would have liked tea making facilities iin the room, but that said, the selection (along with biscuits) in the breakfast room was excellent and available all day and night.

We loved the position. We arrived at 10.00. am after disembarking from a cruise wanting to leave our luggage and were told no problem we have your room ready for you. All the drinks in the fridge were complimentary as were coffee and tea in the lounge. Lots of charging points in the bedroom
