It is a great place to stay when visiting Lisbon, there are plenty of shops and bars around, close to the train station and various points of interest, complementary wine, pastries, tea and coffee there to enjoy. Brilliant friendly staff. Can't fault it whatsoever 😊
The staff were professional and hospitable. They offered good information to help me explore the city. The room provided a bottle of porto. What a pleasant surprise! The location is good too.
Amazing hotel, feels like 5 stars. The hotel is located perfect to explore Lisbon. There is a great breakfast with a huge selection of bread, fruit, cheese / meat etc. In the afternoon there are cookies (pastel de nata) coffee and tee also port wine. Very minor: I didn’t find the safe or hair dryer on my own. The chargers in the room are a nice idea, but lack usb-c. No kettle in the room (but the coffee and tee kinda compensates). Fantastic staff, very attentive, the room was very spacious and beautifully furnished, well equipped. Great breakfast. I enjoyed a few laps in the pool as well.
The attentive staff, the boutique feel and added little extras like complementary port and pastries were a great touch.

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff were very lovely. The breakfast was fantastic and there was complimentary port wine and pastries available every day if you were feeling snackish.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would like to return again in the future. Customer service, food, room, cleanliness and everything from start to finish as top notch. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone
