The Generator London is located in a nice neighborhood, full of small restaurants, coffee shops and access to the public transport. The Hoste offers a few activities (run club.....)
The bed which I was located in, the USB was not working and very few plugs around the room. In addition, a fresh water filter would be great on each floor. The bed was very comfortable, but it didn't have curtains which will increase the privacy and less disturb other guests.
I am waiting for my money to be refunded and no one is doing this,even l was told we are gonna do it in 3 to 4 days,and it's been 7 days and as a result l can't pay for a hostel tonight,please do the payment in my account,thank you

Toilets are clean
Toilets are too distant from room. No out food is allowed even there is no kitchen or microwave facilities for guests even there is no sofa in lobby area.

They put in a room, but the bed was already taken. Then they put me into a bedroom for women only as a men. I felt so sorry for my roomates, they explained they had no other bedroom, horrible booking system. And there wasn‘t any free locker room for the luggage and the machine wouldn‘t accept my debit card. When I tried to change a 10 Pound-bill no one at the hostel would like to help me. We spent two nights at the Generator Hostel in London. Yes, it’s a cheap alternative – but unfortunately that’s about it. The service was absolutely terrible. Every time we had a question, we were simply referred to another department or brushed off with a shrug.
