The hotel breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very helpful. Rooms are spacious and well designed.i loved the rooftop bar and views. The food there was also excellent. The hotel is centrally located.
We received a garden level room that was lacking in privacy and felt exposed. There were workers tending to the garden right in front of the windows during daytime. Plus it did not get any light. The staff made it sound like we were upgraded to a better category but that really was the worst for our first trip to the hotel. Perfect location for a first visit to city as all the main sites to visit are within easy walking distance. Excellent friendly helpful staff. Beautiful spacious rooms. Excellent restaurant & scenic roof top bar
WiFi was not reliable. Should do much better in a hotel of this price range

The whole experience was totally magical! The place, the history of the building, the vibe and the personal made our time in the Four Seasons totally special. Highly encourage to spend the sunset at the terrace bar and enjoy the deep slow techno music over a glass of chilled wine! Was a moment to be remembered forever.
Loved the location and the service was simply impeccable! The food was also great.
A lot of the courtyard was closed so we couldn't get a proper look at the gorgeous property, but aside from that everything was perfect.
The location is great, staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good.Overall a good experience, but i needed a bit more for the real FS experience.
They put us in the room in the basement, which is unacceptable for such an expensive hotel.I did mention it to the reception staff but nothing came out of it, i feel really bad that it lowered the experience, and hope to have a better one next time.
Total luxury! From the way the staff treated you to the fabulous amenities. Service was impeccable! Hope to stay there again in the future.
