Absolutely terrible!!! Reserved a Enterprise car in Portland through u 2 months in advance. The day before flying they called by and said no car would be available. No other rental agency in Portland had cars. With no car dared not to fly out. Lost money paid on round trip air flights for two people! Shame on your company!

I don’t understand why my reservation was made to an enterprise about 12 miles away (not easily accessible) when I specified the airport. I had to cancel and scramble to find other car rental services.

great staff to work with. gave me the perfect car to match my needs.
Refused to let me pick up the car. They were going to deny my refund at first but after calling customer service they said they issued a full refund that I’d have within 5 days. It has been 8 days and no refund. I called again and was told they will escalate it and i should get my refund in 5 to 7 more business days. This company is awful. They also told me to use a debit card they need to run a credit check and the guy wanted to charge me a $50 higher deposit than I was told when I booked.

Attendants were very friendly and car was clean and safe.
I did not keep my car reservation with Hertz in Beaverton. When I arrived to pick up my mid-size car, they attempted to provide me an "economy" car- if you can call a Chevy Spark an economy car. When I showed them my reservation email they said that, since I booked through a third-party, that their vehicle "categories" don't always align. Customer service was terrible- they refused to provide me the size vehicle that I reserved and I canceled my reservation. 100% do not recommend.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Car was clean and ready when promised. Pickup and drop off were easy and fast. In town location is convenient and eliminates the necessity of going to the airport.

Smooth experience. Easy to make a reservation on line. Hertz had all the correct info when I arrived. Car was ready on time. Nice to be able to pick up a rental locally and not have to drive to the airport.
