never got to rent the vehicle, my paperwork said i wouldn't be charged until drop off of vehicle, so they charged me for rental and deposit at the same time and put me over my limit, it would be nice if everyone was on the same page, they said i could use a debit card but then they wanted all kinds of different types of proof paperwork that i did not have time to get together, didn't want to spend my weekend at Enterprise, would not let me pay deposit in cash and put rental on my credit card, to many rules, won't be using them ever again, not customer friendly at all, and the 2 customers that came in after me left with out cars also, i guess they just don't want to help people rent cars anymore
The young man was buy himself and quite busy. He made sure he made everyone know they were important and worked diligently. I am still awaiting the $200.00 deposit to go back to my bank account. I’m worried the ball will get dropped. The actual rental was a very good rate.
