Car was dirty, smelled like smoke and had unreported damage.

The thrifty desk did not have the van I had booked, but instead had me registetred for a minivan - which was a completely different class of car and rate. The thrifty desk would not honor the reservation or the rate. I wound up not being able to transport everything I had intended as a result. Incredibly disappointing
Drop off took a while as there was only one staff member working. He did apologize and was working as quickly as he could.
