Thrifty charged me two hours extra even though I returned the car on time because their attendant waited to check the car back in. When I contacted customer service, the original rep said I needed to provide proof of my return time. I had no proof bc the attendant didn’t give me paperwork, just took the key and said I was all set. I asked them to check their security cameras to see that I had returned the car EARLIER than my return time. The whole thing felt scammy. I won’t use this location again.

I did not get the vehicle type i booked. It was filthy. It did not have a full tank/battery s contract indicated. Turning signals burnt out. Terribly poor experience at pick up counter. Bad attitude from reps at pick up. Etc etc etc

Booked for a full size van but through qeeq but provided mid sized van or MUV(KIA CARNIVAL ). Even thrifty mentioned they cant help. They didn't even try to arrange an alternative van. Poor experience. Won't suggest QEEQ to anyone
