Even with reservation, process to pick up takes a long time. So even though not many people in line, took 30 minutes to get to counter. Drop off though was very easy.

Had to cancel. I needed to change my reservation and no one answered the phone for 3 days. There was no way to change the reservation on-line. So I cancelled and went with a different company

Location was right next to the train and bus station. Glad the car came with built in GPS as San Sebastián is not easy to drive around in. Rental staff very helpful and speak English too.
The office was closed even though i had a confirmation they will wait for me. it was a storm day and i had to walk with all my luggage for 30 blocks and finally took a taxi to Bilbao for 200 EUR, nobody even replied to me neither on the phone or email.
The rental car was great. Had comfort, gps, and good gas mileage. We had a SEAT car. Mid size. People were helpful at station. Good experience overall.

We reserved one kind of car. They give us a wildly different kind of car and acted like we should just be happy with it. It really changed our vacation experience because we wanted a family car and they gave us a cargo van.
