This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I ended up canceling my reservation and just renting through the other company. The total price was triple of the original amount. The had tons of hidden fees which is insane. From the original cost of 23€ per day it came all the way to 78€ per day plus gas. In addition they said that we also would have to pay 600€ deposit and that the insurance deductible is 5000€. My advice is to avoid those frauds and book through any other car rental agency like: Herts, Enterprise, Sixt, etc.

Added fees you don’t get told about before pick up. I was commanded to rush in and pick up the car at the exact time I booked it from. I should be able to choose myself how I spend the hours between pick up time and drop off. If I book a car from 11am and decide to pick it up at 12am that should be my choice. They want a 600 euro credit card deposit which I was told could take up to three weeks to get refunded. There was no information about this either. That was where I drew the line.
