Got into rental car and a terrible smell of cigarett, opened windows and drove away only to return it and asked for another vehicle. Was given another and used it for the whole time with no problems and will continue to book with them. The agent was very apoligetic and called them for a copy of changed vehicle, which they sent to my email. I had previously booked with this agent and had no problems with the Kia Forte, which eventually purchased when returned from my trip. Your pricing for the rental was so much lower than through other websites that I have booked on and also plan to continue through Kayak.

Car was very clean!! However, Front desk gentleman was not cordial, did not introduce himself nor welcomed me He went straight to asking me "license and credit card" The rear tire was low on air. I did receive a 10% off. I waited for him, and he didn't even apologize for the delay.

The price of renting the car from the hotel instead of the airport was much cheaper. Only thing was I had to call a number when I got to the hotel bc no agent was waiting for me. Was very accommodating when she arrived first car did not have power seats and I couldn’t see over steering wheel so she switched cars to a Camry which did and was a great car. Also said I could bring back to airport and extended the return time.
