The front desk tried to con me into paying for an upgrade, saying there were no intermediate cars available and I would have to wait for a car if I didn't upgrade. I declined the upgrade and proceed to the parking garage to "wait" for my vehicle which was sitting there ready for me when I got there. The car had several scratches, cigarette burns in both front seats, and smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The attendant in the parking garage was very helpful and thorough with documenting everything to ensure I wasn't held responsible for any of it.
