The pick-up process was one of the worst car rental pick-ups I've ever experienced. The place was difficult to find, the wait was long, and my agent literally disappeared from the office and none of his colleagues could find him. The car itself was wonderful and return was quick, even with some damage issues to take care of. The company did charge me a cleaning fee for having some spilled dried herbs in the boot and for a dusty exterior (in drought season!), so be careful about return processes.
