The rental agency was closed at our designated reservation time. We were unable to rent the car, and I have not been able to reach customer support about receiving a refund on my deposit.

When I booked this rental, it said my rental pickup was in lihue. My confirmation email listed lihue twice as my pickup location. When I went to the Lihue Dollar location, they said my pickup was actually in koloa 40 minutes away. The Dollar agent said this type of error was common with your service. The Dollar agent worked hard to get my reservation moved to their location. It ended up working out. I was very dismayed with how the reservation and confirmation email were misleading and error prone. This derailed the first day of our trip and stressed out my wife and two young kids. We will not book with you again.

When I booked Nowhere did it state that I was not picking up my car at the airport but 1/2 hour away plus $70 each way . Wrong! The lady at the Sheraton was totally overworked because this happens so often.

There could have been a warning letting me know that the pick up was not at the airport location, I found this out after waiting in line for 2hours at the airport location just to tell me that my reservation was booked at a location other than the airport.

Bait and switch on the vehicle. Then, charged me triple the quoted rate for a van that was old and smelly. Never using Sixt again.

The entire process was very quick and the customer service was awesome. We had to extend the rental and with a quick phone call it was done! The fact that it is conveniently located near the airport was great. I loved how a shuttle just takes you to Sixt! Thank you! We will recommend Sixt to family and friends!

The van was comfortable for a family of 5. Checkin and drop off were relatively smooth. Unfortunately the vehicle was not completely clean when we picked it up. Despite their promise to clean out all the pockets and cup holders, there was a whole stash of trash in the one compartment. Otherwise a decent experience.

Our rental had a low pressure warning after the first 5 days. No documentation in car on how to clear it after adding air and finding pressures were good. Returned to Enterprise and they gave us a replacement in roughly 5 minutes, let us pick our replacement, no charge for 3/4 tank of fuel.

This was perhaps the dirtyest car I've ever rented. We bought two glass cleaners and still could not get the windshield clean. The rest of the car inside was also not clean. The cost of the rental was ridiculous, more than double the cost for the same period from same time two years ago. Pick-up was great and attendant very helpful. Drop off was very confusing but attendant also was very helpful.

Great customer service and was upgraded to a larger vehicle, which ended up saving our trip as the rest of our party booked with Avis who ran out of vehicles and couldn't honor their reservation. With the upgrade we were able to fit everyone in one vehicle!

The pickup line was extremely long, so could have had more employees available. Everyone was nice and helpful though!

Service team was exceptional. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The car was old and worn out. I have been renting cars for 30 years. This was probably the worst car I have ever rented. The location is not really at the airport. It is a ten minute drive from the airport, but the service team was vary accommodating. They seem to be doing the best they can with a challenging arrangement.
