Terrible. Booked vehicle a month in advance, upon pickup they advised me my class of vehicle was not available, nor was anything close to it. So they told me I had to upgrade 2 tiers above my tier and I had to pay for the upgrade (which was the only vehicle available) just shitty to make a customer pay for an upgrade full price when I booked in advance.
