Pros:I was grateful to be able to rent a car and in the end it worked out okay in spite of the risks/concerns about the rental
Cons:They were only open after 8 PM (on Saturday) which was after we had to check-in. That meant we had to pay for parking until 8 PM ($8/hour) and leave it is a specific spot. Additionally, we were not there for the "inspection" to verify the condition of the card. On top of that, they charged us $15 for cleaning the car. Other factors were that, since we didn't pay for additional insurance, they placed a $4,500 hold on our credit card. The location is very hard to find if you don't arrive at the international terminal. In fact, you have to get escorted back to the counter.

The customet service aceptable but the violencia should come with liability insurance. Insted I was forced to buy a policy that dos not protect me at all. Very bad an unfair business policy.
