This Colerain Ave. location had the most polite and cheerful staff I have ever come across at a rental agency. I would go back there just to say hi to them! Plus, I was in and out of there in about 4 minutes, not kidding.

They cancelled our reservation the day before pick-up, saying they did not have a car available. It was too late to get a car from another company without paying more than twice as much. If they didn't have cars available, they shouldn't have taken the reservation to begin with. Felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode.
While I am still waiting on the return of my deposit through Avis, the pickup and drop off process through our Avis location was very easy and our vehicle was a clean hybrid minivan that was comfortable and an efficient ride for our whole group during our trip. Overall, this location made for a really good experience.
After booking they called changed the location for pickup then they called me the day of rental canceling and tire reservation saying they did not have a mid-sized car available. Will never go through budget again

Terrible. The lady working was very rude, wasn’t willing to answer questions, and when I said there were a few issues with the car she said “that’s the only car you’re getting”. To her credit there were a few parties behind me waiting to be helped, but the outside looked like some smeared mud on the windows, there were a few scratches and chips, the inside of the car smelled like weed, and lastly it was 3/4s of a tank. We were under a time crunch for the holidays and did not have time to argue So we just took our losses. Also, there probably weren’t any other better cars on the lot. The whole operation looked very run down. Tragic.

My vehicle wasn't available at the location I booked the vehicle, I was told I could drive an additional 20 minutes to a location to get one that was just returned. I arrived at the second location and the very nice gentleman had no idea I was arriving and was promised a vehicle. I did get the van, and it worked, but I tried to return it early (1am) and the location did not have a late night key drop, so I had to go back the next morning to return the keys (30 minutes from my house). The employees are nice, but their ability to get vehicles they need is out of their hands, which stinks.
