Once again Budget’s staff couldn’t have been more indifferent, unresponsive, even rude. I doubt I will ever use them again even if the price is significantly less then their competitors.
I reserved an AWD Toyota RAV4 and was instead given a FWD low clearance kia niro which is much smaller.

Plain and simple. The car smelled like smoke when I picked it up. When I returned, I was charged for an outside cleanup of 300 dollars. I called customer service and they credited me. Theft is illegal Dollar of Tucson airport.

Drop off was easy and the return specialist was kind and professional. The rental agent was also nice. He was a little heavy on the selling of insurance, but still friendly.
car was a corolla minute at 55-60 car was shaking Passenger seat was a vibrating worlwind. Stopped to see if a tire was loose??? Bad alinement Basically a crappy uncomfortable 2 hour ride.. Hey how about spilt difference and refund in good faith.

Slow on pick up with limited staff. As per standard you never get the car ordered, always an "equivalent" and there are hidden costs on return. The only one good thing is that it wasn't as poor as LA airport which was horrendous!
