I never received my rental. Hertz in Waldorf Maryland never had a vehicle available for me.

Would have liked the pickup to be quicker. Evidently on a Monday morning at 9am, there have been cars dropped off over the weekend but the ONE employee has to clean/prep the cars, fill with gas, register new customers and run all the paperwork on both ends. Fortunately, I was #2 in line (of 4 people who at rentals during the 9am hour) but the poor guys was running silly trying to do all of this.

Horrible experience, I called to verify my reservation the man was rude. After the conversation and I was told there were no cars available currently and he wouldn't have them at the time I selected, I had the hardest time trying to get somebody to assist with my insurance refund.

I was sick, so I couldn't pick up the car. I sent them a mail, which they aknowledged, asking for a credit for the same car /duration for the week of October 18. I never got any reply.

The pickup was great but the dropoff was horrible. The man that checked me in was extremely rude. Almost to the point of arguing. Guess he forgets who the customer is 😥
There was no car at enterprise car rental for me. They had the reservation, but they did not have a car available. It’s completely ruined our family vacation plans, as well as my parents who are waiting for us to visit them. It was the last time I will use your services or enterprise rental car.

They did not have a car "did not know about reservation until you walked in the door". Spent $35 on uber to be turned away. They said "we can rent you one tomorrow" WTH. . Poor experience with Kayak and Enterprise.

Tried to rent a truck, called and spoke with sales rep-confirmed reservation. Following day called to confirm it was towing capable, was then told could not be rented through them but needed to go to the York Pa truck division-fine. Called them and reserved Arrived at the appointed time, did all of the paperwork, supplied Drivers license/proof of insurance and major credit card. Was told then I could not rent from them as my credit cards and drivers license names didn't match exactly-um no they don't recently widowed. They refused to accept any card and not a cash sale business. Went to U-haul- they were happy to rent without hassle. I will not attempt to use Enterprise again.

I reserved a car that wasnt available and had to travel an hour to another location to get a vehicle. Once there I was given a filthy car that had a nail in the tire. When the tire went flat I was charged for them to change the tire, that took over an hour, then was told I could not drive the car on the spare and would have to exchange the car but they didnt have one available so I was to wait where I was for a regional manager to locate a car and call me back. 4+ hours later I was tired of waiting so I started calling different locations until I found a location with a car available. I drove to that location because they do not "pick you up" That location was friendly and exchanged the car for me painlessly but again I was given a dirty car. Now I have to turn this car in late... Due to the 5+ hour delay and will be charged another day for it.
