They sent me out in a car with one rapidly deflating tire and another tire very low on pressure. The problem is such that I am confident that the problems had been going on for a while. The worse tire was so bad that my adding air only delayed the deflation. So I had to take the car back to exchange it - wasting two hours of my vacation. To add insult to injury the Hertz employee who did the car swap suggested it was my fault for driving away with two bad tires. No sympathy whatsoever, and certainly no offer of compensating me for my trouble and time for THEIR ERROR IN GIVING ME A CAR WITH TWO BAD TIRES. So, yeah, a disappointment. I"ll remember this the next time I need to rent a car.

The car was extremely small! And we dropped at airport on 9/23 and my card is still being charged the daily fee as if we still have it! Definitely a breakdown of communication, very disappointed in this experience!

Never rent from AVIS at Myrtle Beach Airport. It took nearly 90 minutes to wait to get to an attendant while all other car rentals were less than 5 minutes. Will never rent from them again.

Unfortunately, pick up was not a great experience. It took over an hour and a half to be seen. The woman behind the desk looked so stressed out and there was no manager to assist her with the insane amount of people waiting.
