The car was clean, the rest was bad, they charged me for one window what was broked by some one and stoled me things , even if i had insurance and papers from the police, they ignored, now i wait for them to give me the money back for the damage....

We were given false information by Europcar, despite choosing a more expensive company thinking we could trust and rely on the reputation of Europcar. We could not pick up our rental car and when we were finally able to get our vehicle, it cost us double the amount. Extremely upsetting and disappointing experience, and a very sad way to start out vacation. I can absolutely not recommend that you trust Europcar Spain.
