Easy reservation and pickup. The car was what we had hoped for. We did a large amount of driving and loved the car. Staff checking us out and in were very helpful. What's not to like?

Pickup was a disaster. It took easily 30 minutes and there was only person ahead of me. The staff seemed lost and constantly going to agency next to them for assistance. I watched that same nearby agency process a dozen people, my entire flight got their bags and then I finally got my rental. Painful. Drop-off was easy enough, but the pick-up prices was pure misery
