I rented the van until 530 pm on Jan 6th. When I picked it up it said I had to have the car back at 930 am or I would be charged extra fees Brought it back at 930 to be told I could have kepted it and why did I bring it back early. I already made arrangements for a new car at that time. Basically lost 1 day and paid for 1 day that I could have used the car but was lied too. Would like a refund for 1 day

Rented Kia EV6.waited 40 minutes for pickup at airport and 20 minutes for car to get ready. With 60 miles of range left car lost power. Eventually made our way to another location and swapped for a Kia gas powered. Rest of rental was fine.
