Service was fine, friendly. Liked the employees. The car (Jetta) was a stripped down model, not comfortable, made odd noises at 30 mph and would not let me back out of a parking space (I assume because of the Autostop technology). The engine would restart, but it would not engage the transmission. Lessen learned. I suppose paying twice the price of my airline ticket (for one week) was not enough to get a respectable vehicle.

Picking up the car was fine, the agent very friendly and helpful. Alamo let me leave the keys to the car at the Jet terminal and they picked it up later. Big help to us! The car itself took getting used to. Chevy Equinox. I prepurchased gas at pick up. I wish the car had a feature showing how many miles were left in the tank.
