Your app for renting cars does not work. When I put my address in of 148 Cypress Walk Santa Rosa Beach Florida USA it automatically defaults to the virgin islands and will not allow me to go forward. That’s not the only problem I’ve had with your app you need to fix it or take it down it does not work

Was told there is a $200.00 deposit but failed to tell u it has to be a credit card. Then why is the taxes in Collinsville,IL was more than the price of the rental. The rental was $92.00 then the tax was $104.00 thats just bull when in Belleville the taxes are less than $10.00. Rip off
Impossible to reach the store by phone. Called multiple times, multiple days and never got an answer. Customer service line is just as bad, a million automated options and none take you to someone that can actually help.

Booking through Kayak was a huge mistake. Firstly I was allowed to book a car rental for 5pm only to discover upon arrival that the facility closed at 5pm as I was informed by the clerk who was locking the door. That was the first problem. I arrived at the facility the next morning to pick up the vehicle which was done by a different clerk. I informed him that the reservation was already paid for as well as the damage waiver purchased through the Kayak online booking. After the end of the rental the vehicle was return 9 hours before the drop off time. Three days later a charge appears for a damage waiver from Hertz that I had already purchased through Kayak. After contacting the Hertz billing operation and explaining that I already had the damage waiver purchased I was informed that they would not refund that amount. Hertz was unprofessional from the beginning of our interaction and I don't know exactly which company - Hertz or Kayak - is most at fault - If the facility closes at 5pm why was I allowed to book a rental at that time. I will NEVER use Hertz OR Kayak to book anything EVER again. Lesson learned

Great staff at this O'Fallon location - got me in and out the door in minimal time! Drove a Nissan Altima for 11 days and was very impressed with the vehicle and its fuel economy. Lastly, when I needed a lift to the airport, Hertz was there to assist w/out any delay. Thanks for an outstanding experience ..
