Employees were friendly but did not give any resolution to the dirty van. No coupon to go get it washed. Just an excuse of why it was dirty on the outside, but ok what about the inside. There could be no excuse. It just was not cleaned from previous uses. I Lysol and wiped down with disinfectant wipes. Van was dirty inside and out.

It seemed like (in a slightly complaining manner) that they were short of hired help and the wait was excessive to be helped BUT I know that is an issue everywhere and not just affecting budget! I am aware of that issue so I was cool with it!

We were in a hurry to pick up the car on returning the car it was raining and we discovered the car's tires were bald. Poor upkeep on vehicles.

When I went to pick up the vehicle it wasn’t even at the pickup point. I had to either wait for another hour for it to arrive or drive 5 miles across town and pickup at another location. I chose to drive to other location. I was not compensated for the extra time and delay. I rented a dodge pickup. I was traveling a total distance of 1700 miles. Going with the wind the vehicle made 11.5 miles per gallon. On my return trip I was driving into the wind and the vehicle averaged 8.8 miles to the gallon. Last year I rented a dodge pickup from hertz and got over 20 miles per gallon at approximately the same miles. I returned the vehicle on 3-5-2022 to the east Wichita Kansas location and reported the poor gas mileage. The gentleman was not friendly and didn’t care that I had a very bad experience. Unless compensated, I will never rent from Budget again. Gary Willson Ellsworth county Kansas
