Avis staff were great. Very efficient, no queues, immediate drop off. Car was in great condition. Main problem was with booking through the brokers kayak and Qeeq. I booked a mid sized SUV on the broker site because I have 3 kids to fit across the back with car seats. When I arrived at the desk, they had a VW Golf for me. I don’t blame Avis: this is the class of vehicle that was booked by the broker. In my opinion that was false advertising by the broker. I had to upgrade at the desk, luckily they had a bigger vehicle. I would book direct with Avis next time and cut out the cowboy broker

The car hire company have taken £1800 out of my credit card with no contact or information why, obviously I will have go through the hassle of finding out why.
