I never got too pick up the vehicle because they no longer accepted my Current credit card when I confirmed the credit card I was using before paying for the rental. now I am still waiting for my refund in which could have been avoided because I could have put the money on another card or booked through another rental

Flight was delayed car wasnt available paid and extra $600 for rental, tried to offer a luxury car as only option at a premium

Totally understaffed at check in!!!!!! Rented me a Jeep with no roof on it………. Really ? Having staff in the parking lot might of caught that. Monthly price was double than I normally pay. Not good at all
