The drop off was great! The pick up was terrible. The employee at the counter was complaining about Immigrants and liberals. First, he himself is an immigrant ( maybe from India?) who said HE came to Canada at college age ( somehow he is entitled) and now that he is in, he wants to pull the ladder for anyone else to come to Canada. I guess the fact that I am a blonde, fair skinned person made him think I am a racist. Completely turned me off. What a hypocrite. I guess the irony went over his head.

Great experience with onsite staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. However, they could not find my online reservation on kayak/priceline and had to scramble to create a new reservation honoring the same price. 1 star for priceline
