Worst experience with their desk person Jackie and her manager Dana. We got there at 8:40am for our 9am pickup and did not get our car until past 11am. And the attitude of both of them was the worst. Incompetency at its finest.

My c bc old accidently booked this trip. I immediately called kayak and fox the car rental company. Neither would cancel or let me reschedule. I wasn't even in the the state and it just ended up being wasted money. I feel like i was robbed.
Tremendous wait to pickup rental. Over an hour in line waiting to be attende.. booth was sharing four different rental agencies. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

They tried to give a old van in horrible shape Then they said I didn’t return the van and started charging 1000 per day Scary
I returned the car 5 minutes after 10 rather than just prior to 10 and was charged a full additional day. Will never use National again for that reason.
