BMW car rentals in Spokane

Quick and smooth. Value was great compared to other rental places. I got an SUV for the price of a standard car at other rental car companies. It's winter....who doesn't need an SUV with all wheel drive?

Everything was awesome except for the car being super dirty on the outside. Made it hard to check for any dings in the beginning.

They charged me 700.00 for incedentals! Omg! Credited back at a later date but OMG! Not using them again

Once I received the car things were okay. The problem was the lady at the Spokane Airport's counter. There was a dramatic price change (in my favor) on my rental due to changes in the rental. When I asked her to help me with getting the reimbursement she told me that she would not make the phone call to to help me get this taken care of.

Booked online with kayak. Never mentioned additional charges for anything over 200 miles but the receipt had we ended up renting would have cost another .30/mile for anything we drove over 200 miles per day. Went to the Hertz counter at the airport to pick up the car and they said they had no cars available to rent. Terrible customer service assistance and terrible management of information. Sales counter was anything but helpful upon arrival and wasn’t interested in looking for other options to assist.

We made a reservation with Enterprise car rental for a van. Then called 2 weeks before the pickup date and confirmed the reservation. When we arrived on the pick up date, we were told that there were no available vehicles. There was no warning, no help. The manager even lied to us trying to cover up for not calling us. I obviously would have been dissappointed finding out that they had no vehicles, but I find it inexcusable and in very poor taste for a business to not let their customers know that there is a problem. They didn't leave us any time to find an alternative to drive to our son's wedding.

There’s nothing better than a super quick and painless, in and out rental! This hit that mark. Car was comfortable and clean. Transaction was smooth and uncomplicated. Thanks!

Van was not ready when promised; we had to wait. Also they charged me for fuel even though I returned it full. However, after filling out a survey with Budget, they reached out to credit back the fuel surcharge which was very nice.

Car was not clean, difficult to get help when needed , poor or none customer support during pick up and drop off

Car was better than expected and the overall process was incredibly easy. Very good price (did price check other vendors, including Turo) and overall very pleased.

I had two picture i.d.’s, return flight info. Wouldn’t rent me a car b/c soft credit check denied. I do not have any debt, no credit cards. My credit has always been good.

Do not rent from this location and possibly not from this company. They will “find” a minute half inch hairline scratch under a bumper (pretty sure they put it there themselves) and try to scam you for thousands to repair it. Wonder how many renters have paid for the same invisible and out of sight scratch. As another car rental agency said, “that’s ridiculous. If we had our cars our for repairs for small scratches we wouldn’t have any to rent out.” Super scammers. Be careful. Go elsewhere.

Easy pick up and drop off. Very professional staff

The car was nice but the price a little inflated.

They were out of midsized cars so we were offered an upgrade to either a sports car or a Jeep Wrangler. The representative told us that the Jeep got 45 miles to the gallon, so we took it. Sadly, the best mileage it got was just over 21 mph, and that was only after we charged the battery ourselves. (Note: It costs $50 to charge your vehicle at Schweitzer Mountain.) The charge only held for about an hour. So, really we were only averaging approximately 17 mpg for the vast majority of our trip which took us to Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and California. We were pretty disappointed about paying almost three times as much for gas, in addition to having to interrupt our travels to recharge and refuel more frequently than we should have. When we returned the car and told the representative there that we wanted to register a complaint, he could not have been more apathetic. He just said, "Okay" and asked us if we wanted a receipt.

Initial Chrysler Pacifica minivan was Not AWD for our Btother ski trip to WA, ID and BC Canada. Returned to Spokane airport rental to exchange for a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Pros - Price was good. Car was fully appointed and worked great. Cons - Car wasn't ready at time of scheduled pickup. Had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be cleaned.
