Porsche car rentals in Sacramento

They didn’t have the car that we had reserved, so we had to take whatever car they had. I turned the car in the next day and went to Hertz’s because we needed an all wheel drive to get over the mountain roads. Very disappointed in the customer service from Enterprise.

There was a sign on the outside building stating that I should go to the main desk, but it didn't say anything about where the main desk was. I had to go into another building and find it.

The Woodkand, CA Enterprise staff went out of their way to accommodate us after a glitch occurred in the location of the rental versus the airport where we landed. They weee most cordial and scrambled to get a car ready in spite of not having our reservation. They treated us like family—we loved that! Nothing could have been better! We were totally satisfied.

Terrible customer service and an effort to price gouge.

Perfect in every way

Avis gave me a car that turned out to have a massive oil leak and told me to keep driving it even though there was a check oil level alarm going off. The engine finally blew up and I was stranded for 3 hours on the side of the freeway while I tried to get roadside assistance. They assured me that I could get a refund, but my credit card was charged for $1500 more than the original price.

The price as well as the pro.ptness and ease of renring and returning went on so smoothly. Staff werecsi.ply awesome and courteous.

overcharged

I was told I would only be charged $36 for taxes since I prepaid with a third party. I have a charge to my credit card of $236. Hopefully $200 will be credited back soon?

Drop of was fast and the attendant was very friendly. The car was not what I expected, it was very dirty in and out, it had a strange smell and it was missing the front right hubcap. I was very disappointed with the car. I won't use Dollar again.

Waiting time was too long. Not enough people working. I ended up paying for insurance coverage which I didn't need because it was not explained clearly to me.

Thrifty car and personnel were great. Unhappy to learn if extra $50:of CA taxes being added on to what I thought was the final fee given by KYK. Also, the transfer bus wait was very long, then two buses coming together, so took a long while to get to car rental building.

When initially meeting with the staff to pick up the vehicle, the thrifty representative informed me that my rental was for a 2 person vehicle. I was then upcharged into a mid-size (from compact) and later verified through my email that my initial booking was in fact for a 4 person vehicle. The wait time to actually receive the vehicle was roughly 2 hours (speaking to other customers, the range was about 1.5-3 hours from check in to receiving their vehicle). The first vehicle I received had a maintenance light, so I exchanged it for another vehicle which did not have a service light on, but did have vastly different tire pressures per wheel. Upon returning the vehicle, the person who checked in the returns was not visible, nor did he make an effort to come to our vehicle (another employee had to point him out). The employee offered no support. I also did not receive my receipt until the next day where I incurred a large mischarge for fuel despite returning a fully fueled vehicle.

The car was fine, but I had to wait in line for an hour and a half to get it (at the Sacramento airport). The line extended almost the entire length of the rental building. At no time did any staffer make any kind of announcement about the cause of the delay. They just let us stew. I will not use Thrifty again.
