DislikedFirst of all for a 5 star facility in Europe way too few people speaking English. The room was old, not renovated and not very clean. There was dust. I had a problem with room service probably because of language barrier. They told me breakfast in the room was free despite it was almost 12 pm but they delivered it with a paymeant slip. I said I was told otherwise on the phone. They apologized for the misunderstanding and took the food away. People at reception were not as warm as I expected and below other 5 star hotels we stayed in Europe. Overall great location but service of a 4 star hotel
