What is there to say about The Savoy that hasn't already been said, a thousand times before. Not our first five star experience, but our first time at The Savoy and it did not disappoint in any regard whatsoever. From first arrival by car, being greeted by the concierge, who took our luggage and whisked the car away, to the impression as you enter the building, the reception staff, ambience, decor...

To loud the room not thought truth especially with lights
Staff were helpful and very clean hotel
Rooms a bit too small especially for the price etc.. and was disappointed with the “spa” area as it is only a small pool and area not really a spa. Also breakfast was a bit disappointing as ordered in the room, was. Old and toast was a bit stale as well as they forgot a couple lemon items to which we had to ring room service twice!
Beautiful historic building nicely modernized. The detailing is exquisite.

Perfect location for theatre and family parties we came to London for. Made very welcome. Ample breakfast would prefer smaller portions served separately rather than all brought to the table at once.
