Always been on my bucket list to stay, absolutely wonderful experience for 24 hours. Lunch in the grill room, very good. Dinner at 1890 outstanding.
The Savoy never disappoints. I always feel like a million dollars and I always get a warm, friendly welcome from the staff who always recognise me. I have a disability and the attention to detail from the staff, especially Rob the doorman, is incredible in regards to my needs; Rob always remembers me and the fact that sometimes I use my wheelchair, and sometimes I will walk. Absolutely lovely proper old London. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Westminster . Perfect location. The staff and service are impeccable. Thoroughly loved our stay.

What can I say, apart from exceptional!! Abdulla the manager, was so kind to us, and made our trip back to the Savoy so special.
