Very convenient location, close to theatres and the tube. All staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Mattress and pillows soft and enjoyable. The interior design of the common areas was exquisite. 24 hour access to a well-equipped gym however, my favorite was the swimming pool and its temperature. Variety in breakfast for every taste.

Everything was perfect. Immaculate decoration and cleanliness. Nothing extra needed in our room. Everything had been thought of and provided. There is nothing we can think of that would be required to make our stay anything but perfect - absolutely loved it!

Receptionist check in I am coming here more than 10 years asking my ID where do I live ect I have account and my full details are there ! Otherwise , will stay else where !
Excellent facilities, we were provided with amazing upgrade to a mini suite. Staff were first rate and the entire experience was simply amazing.
