Entry restrictions
Belarus does not have entry restrictions, but a 10-day self-isolation requirement is in place for travelers arriving from the red zone countries(the list is currently available in Russian).
Entry requirementsForeign travelers over six years old must have a medical certificate, issued within 72 hours before the border crossing date, indicating a negative COVID-19 test result. The requirement does not apply to citizens with temporary or permanent residency permits. Travelers are required to have valid medical insurance before traveling to Belarus. Travelers will be asked to provide proof of insurance when applying for a visa or upon arrival at Minsk airport. Foreign citizens who plan to spend more than 10 days in Belarus must register with the police indicating the address they are staying. If foreign visitors stay in a hotel, hostel, health resort or another facility of collective accommodation, the management of the above-mentioned facilities shall be responsible for the registration with the police. Registration may also be done online.
Quarantine requirementsTravelers arriving from red zone countries are subject to a 10-day self-isolation.
